Best of both worlds!. Amish Paste Tomato has good tomato flavor, large ox-heart shape, meaty. I can slice for sandwiches or cook down for paste. It is a good producer all season long.

if you are a fan of the Amish paste, i think you will like the Italian heirloom as well. it's indeterminate, and big- about a pound or more. very dense and great for pasta sauces or sliced on blt's.

it won the seed savers exchange taste test in 2012.
